Welcome to Coany. By accessing or using the Coany mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this User Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is legally binding and applies to anyone who installs, accesses, browses, or interacts with the App. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
Use of the App is permitted only for individuals who are 17 years of age or older. By using the App, you declare that you meet this age requirement. Coany reserves the right to suspend access to users who are found to be under the required age.
You are expected to use the App responsibly and ethically. The following activities are strictly forbidden:
· Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
· Posting or sharing content that infringes upon third-party rights
· Transmitting abusive, defamatory, or obscene materials
· Tampering with or attempting to breach the App’s security systems
Your interaction with the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored, and used. By continuing to use the App, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.
All trademarks, graphics, code, and media within the App are owned by Coany or its licensed partners. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.
The governing law for this Agreement shall be that of Coany Team’s place of incorporation. All claims or controversies arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally. If such efforts fail, the dispute shall be conclusively resolved through binding arbitration, as permitted by applicable law.
Coany Team may suspend, alter, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time. We also reserve the right to block access for users who violate this Agreement, with or without prior notice.
Coany is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost revenue. The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We may revise this Agreement occasionally. Any major updates will be announced via the App or through email. Continued use of the App after updates implies your agreement to the new terms.
